What happens to your answers
This assessment is run by umjetnost komunikacije. This page says what is collected, who reads it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It is short because very little is collected.
Who is responsible
umjetnost komunikacije is the data controller for the information described here. Where the assessment is run for a client organisation, that organisation and umjetnost komunikacije agree separately who is controller and who is processor before any invitation is sent.
For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete your data, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
What is collected
- Your first name, last name and email address, as you typed them.
- Your 32 answers, stored as a string of digits.
- The language you used, the time you submitted, and the time you gave consent.
- Which engagement you were invited to, if you arrived through an invitation link.
No cookies are used for tracking. There is no analytics service, no advertising, and no third party receives your data. Your browser keeps a copy of your own answers so you can reopen your result; clearing site data removes that copy.
Why, and on what basis
The purpose is to give you a personal profile and to let the consultants running the session discuss results with you and, where agreed, with your team. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before the questionnaire. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
Who sees it
The consultants at umjetnost komunikacije who run your session. Results are not sold, not published, and not shared with anyone outside the engagement.
Whether your individual result is shown to your employer is agreed with you before the session, not decided afterwards. If you have not been told, ask before you start.
A share link you generate yourself contains only your answers, never your name. Anyone you send it to can see the profile it produces.
Where it is stored, and for how long
In a Cloudflare D1 database. Records are kept for the length of the engagement and no more than 24 months from submission, then deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, that is done within 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to the processing, or withdraw consent. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
What this assessment is not
It is not a measure of ability and it must not be used to decide hiring, promotion or dismissal. No published study shows this instrument predicting job performance. It is a conversation tool. The evidence page sets out what the research does and does not support.
